The Yakuzanimals

Created in 2019, the Yakuzanimals is a popular series of drawings depicting anthromorphised versions of the Japanese Mafia.

We have the Chinese born Qingwa the frog as our fearless leader, followed by his two lieutenants cat Tomu and Chapu the cockatoo. Minato-san is a chameleon in some creative accounting, while Osha the Lemur has his back in the legal department.

Unable to tell them apart, administrators Horu and Utao means business , and the over confident lacky platypus Tino is just happy to be part of the clan.
